Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to confirmed Webtechzone course enrolments arranged after an inquiry on webtechzone.digital. Informational prices on the site are not charges until we confirm an invoice.

Refund eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the cohort start date and you have not received downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of payment for self-paced primers that have not been substantially accessed, or within the 7-day pre-start window for live cohorts as described above.

Full or partial refunds

If Webtechzone cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a transfer to a later date at your choice. If you withdraw after materials are issued but before the midpoint of a live cohort, a partial refund of up to 40% may be offered at our discretion, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs.

Non-refundable items

Custom Squad Retainer scoping fees, completed private clinics, and third-party processing fees already remitted are non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Refund process

Email contact@webtechzone.digital with your full name, invoice reference, course name, and reason for the request. We may ask for verification details matching the enrolment record.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days after we initiate the transfer.

Cancellations and exceptions

We may cancel or reschedule cohorts for facilitator illness, venue or tooling failure, or insufficient enrolment. Exceptions to this policy may be made for documented medical emergencies or mandatory legal requirements in Korea. Abuse of materials (redistribution of templates) can void refund eligibility.
