The sampling module changed how our Seoul ops desk logs exception reviews. We still debate severity ratings, but at least everyone argues from the same evidence pack.

Flagship course
A practice-first program for running independent control reviews across payment, lending, and wallet product surfaces.
Overview
This lab treats the control review as a sequence of decisions: what to test, how much to sample, which artefacts prove the point, and when a finding deserves escalation. You work from anonymised fintech scenarios drawn from Korea-facing payment and lending flows.
Pricing on this page is informational only. Enrolment is arranged through our contact form — there is no online checkout.
Informational fee: ₩890,000 per learner · cohort seats limited by facilitator capacity.

Write a review charter that names product surface, control owners, time window, and out-of-scope systems.
Translate policy language into testable control objectives without inventing controls the firm does not run.
Choose sample sizes for ledgers and exception queues, and document why the sample is enough for this review.
Assemble export hashes, screenshots, and interview notes into a folder another reviewer can reopen later.
Separate design gaps from operating misses, and practise language that boards can act on.
Run a timed review on a case study and present findings to a peer panel for challenge.
Outcomes
Publish a one-page charter stakeholders can approve in a single meeting.
Explain sample method and limitations in plain language.
Hand off materials that do not depend on tribal knowledge.
Match finding tone to residual risk rather than to meeting energy.
Instructor
Hana has led independent control reviews for payment processors and digital lenders serving Korean consumers. She focuses on review craft that product and engineering teams can tolerate — and that compliance can defend.

FAQ
No. The lab is written for risk, ops, and product partners who share control ownership. Familiarity with your firm’s payment or lending flow helps more than formal audit certificates.
No. You receive a completion note and working templates. We do not issue regulated licences or substitute for licensed assurance opinions.
The lab cannot grant you access to production systems. If your organisation blocks ledger exports or interview time with control owners, you will need internal sponsorship before the walkthrough rehearsal module feels complete.
Fees listed here are informational. We confirm cohort dates and invoices after you contact us — there is no self-serve checkout on this site.
